Experience Senior Living Announces the Commencement of Construction on The Gallery at Ft. Collins.

The arts-centric senior living community moves forward with development, bringing 144 units of assisted living, and memory care to Fort Collins, CO.

Experience Senior Living (ESL) is proud to announce construction of The Gallery at Fort Collins, an artfully curated senior living community in Fort Collins, CO.  As the third Experience Senior Living development in Colorado, The Gallery at Ft. Collins addresses the growing need for quality care and housing for seniors in the state of Colorado.

Designed by the Vaught Frye Larson Architects (VFLA), a full-capacity architecture firm known for its award-winning sustainable designs, the 4-story, 137,804 square-foot development will house 144 apartment homes dedicated to independent living, assisted living and memory care.

The Gallery redefines senior living with amenities extending beyond the essentials, featuring a two-story grand hall with a lavish fireplace, a grand piano designed by a local artist and provides a diverse range of spaces for socializing and relaxation including a pub, rooftop garden, private family dining, multiple courtyards, a library, community room, salon, and theater.  For Memory Care residents, a dedicated courtyard and activities area ensures a tailored experiences for all residents.
