As the third Experience Senior Living development in Colorado, The Gallery at Ft. Collins addresses the growing need for quality care and housing for seniors in the state of Colorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Designed by the Vaught Frye Larson Architects (VFLA), a full-capacity architecture firm known for its award-winning sustainable designs, the 4-story, 137,804 square-foot development will house 144 apartment homes dedicated to independent living, assisted living and memory care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Gallery redefines senior living with amenities extending beyond the essentials, featuring a two-story grand hall with a lavish fireplace, a grand piano designed by a local artist and provides a diverse range of spaces for socializing and relaxation including a pub, rooftop garden, private family dining, multiple courtyards, a library, community room, salon, and theater. \u00a0For Memory Care residents, a dedicated courtyard and activities area ensures a tailored experiences for all residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
