*Referrals must be new inquiries not already in our contact list. The reward is based on the value of the base rent for the referred resident’s apartment and is considered taxable income. Care and other charges are not applicable. Payouts will be made after the new resident has completed 30 days of residency. Note: Executive Director and sales team are not eligible for this program. Must be an existing resident to receive benefit.
