Lisa Thompson Promoted to Chief Operating Officer of ESL

Thompson will now direct operations for the entirety of Experience Senior Living.

Denver, Colo., April 1, 2024 – Experience Senior Living, a developer and owner/operator of senior living communities, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Lisa Thompson from Senior Vice President of Operations for the Florida, Virginia, and Midwest markets to Chief Operating Officer. This transition marks another significant milestone in ESL’s commitment to operational excellence and outstanding service.

In her new capacity, Lisa Thompson will be at the helm of strategic operations, driving continuous improvements across the organization’s services. Her extensive experience and unwavering dedication to senior living have been pivotal in shaping ESL’s current standards of operational excellence.

Lisa came to ESL as Senior Vice President of Operations supporting the Florida, Virginia, and Midwest markets one year ago. In that brief time, she demonstrated strategic leadership, optimized operational efficiency, drove business growth, and displayed her ability to align company-wide initiatives with long-term vision.

Originally from Texas, Lisa attended Texas State University with a focus on Long Term Healthcare Administration, and her professional achievements are reflective of her dedication to advancing the senior living industry.
