Experience Senior Living Welcomes Nora Brandon as Vice President of People

Denver, Colo., January 13, 2025 – Experience Senior Living is thrilled to announce the appointment of Nora Brandon, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, as the new Vice President of People. With an impressive background and over 20 years of experience in human resources, Nora brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Nora Brandon has held pivotal roles in human resources, demonstrating her ability to drive organizational success and cultivate cultures of excellence. Her most recent position was as Human Resources Director for Jetti Resources from 2022 to 2025. At Jetti Resources, Nora oversaw all aspects of HR, workforce planning, and compliance for a global team, developing and implementing innovative HR programs that enhanced employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Nora Brandon’s academic credentials further underscore her qualifications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Randolph College and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Denver. Brandon holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
