Caitlin Van Der Schaaf has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, following her impactful tenure as Regional Vice President of Operations. With a background in health care administration from Oregon State University and expertise in long-term care and gerontology, Caitlin has demonstrated exceptional leadership in optimizing operational performance and enhancing resident experiences. In her new role, she will oversee strategic initiatives to drive growth and streamline operational processes across all communities.

Additionally, Experience Senior Living welcomes Aleni Campos as the new Senior Vice President of Health & Wellness. Aleni brings over 19 years of experience in senior living, having previously served in leadership roles at Sunrise Senior Living. A seasoned clinical expert and registered nurse, she has a strong track record of developing quality care programs that enhance resident well-being. Aleni is passionate about integrating technology to improve care delivery, fostering positive health outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all communities.
